Ouagadougou is the capital city of Burkina Faso. It is lso the largest city with about 1,000,000 inhabitants. The postcard shows the Place des Cineastes.
The monument was built in 1987 to pay tribute to the African filmmakers. It symbolizes the working tools of filmmakers: camera lenses, film reels, zoom lenses and telephoto lenses.
